Both Storage Xxtra and The Mini Storage Center offer a 1-Year Rate Guarantee to customers. We believe rate transparency builds long-term customer loyalty and reduces churn — which ultimately drives better performance for facility owners. This philosophy is baked into how we manage, not bolted on.

We believe on-site management produces better results — better maintained properties, stronger customer relationships, and more accountable operations. It's our default.
