All Storage Xxtra locations participate in the 1-Year Rate Guarantee and are supported by Artisan's proprietary technology platform and at-cost marketing infrastructure.

The Mini Storage Center

10 Locations — NC & SC

The Mini Storage Center has served the Carolinas since 1976. Artisan acquired the brand and its portfolio in the mid-2010s, bringing its proven operational infrastructure to a well-established regional name with deep community roots.

The 10-facility portfolio spans North and South Carolina, and benefits from the same management platform, marketing discipline, and rate guarantee as Storage Xxtra.
